Request housekeeping to clean the bathroom daily for a fresher stay, especially if you'll be there for multiple nights.

missingWrote a review on Dec 12clean roomcomfortable bedgreat locationmaintenance issues
Convenient proximity to Southern Cross Station makes for easy access to transportation. The Executive Queen Suite offers a comfortable bed, a sizable bathroom, and a clean environment that suits any traveler looking for value.
The room showed signs of age, with a few maintenance hiccups like a loose shower handle and a toilet roll holder that detached from the wall. The air conditioning was inconsistent, leading to some uncomfortable moments, and the breakfast selection felt quite basic, lacking variety in meats and appealing options beyond bread and cereals. Also, both the shower and the tap water had a noticeable odor that wasn't too pleasant.

The spacious Grand Double Room with Dockland View was exceptional, providing a great place to focus on work while enjoying lovely views. The business center was well-equipped and allowed me to utilize it after check-out for additional tasks. The hotel staff was remarkably attentive and proactive, ensuring that my stay was smooth and productive.
The internet connectivity was unreliable during my stay.

Mate, the dining scene is poppin' with spots like Foglia di Fico just a stone's throw away for some killer Italian dishes! Major win!
However, the aircon was a bit of a party pooper, not cooling the room properly on the second night.

While the location was great and the bed comfy, I faced several issues during my visit. Housekeeping was inconsistent, resulting in dirty towels and lack of vacuuming. Also, the shower drainage had a foul smell. Overall, it was a mixed experience in a tidy but dated hotel.

Families looking for a good deal
The staff were really nice. We had this emergency and they helped us out real quick. Felt like I was asking my own family, very supportive. Plus, the location was perfect right near the tram stop, made exploring much easier.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Perfect spot for a Melbourne stay
I stayed for 1 night and loved the spacious room with awesome city views. The staff were super nice and helped me with my bags. Breakfast was only $15, pretty basic but still nice to have. The location was perfect for getting around, just a few steps to the tram and bus. Wish there was more towel hooks in the bathroom!

Good Location, Needs Improvement
Enjoyed my stay enjoying the proximity to local attractions like Etihad Stadium. The indoor pool was lovely, but the room felt cramped. Friendly staff, but the amenities need a refresh—especially the shower.
